ABOUT OUR TEAM
Wellington Group Marketing & PR was launched by ex-comic, fitness fiend and entrepreneur, Dawn Psaromatis, who left the corporate life to create an environment where she could welcome an open-minded team of her own to laugh loudly, speak openly and embrace their weird and wacky ways (while providing impeccable service and out-of-the-box campaigns that consistently lead to powerful results).
The team continues to embody Dawn’s initial vision.
As a marketing, PR and social media firm, our clients and internal team are like family. Our relationships help make our work fulfilling and fun. Everyone at Wellington Group works directly with customers to brainstorm, develop and deliver highly creative solutions. All team members shape our culture proactively: we participate in daily stretches (a good stretch before the workout is vital – think 15 minutes to celebrate awesomeness, discuss calls for help and prioritize tasks to ensure we continue to wow our clients through our services), work together on building the company and enjoy group events/gatherings and invest in training courses and resources. We laugh hard and work hard and do our best to ensure our culture is collaborative, fun and satisfying.
